The Training Materials may include a sample of handouts approved for training session participants User will not in any event make handouts for training session participants by copying or otherwise reproducing these or other materials from the Training Materials without prior written approval from DMG.
User acknowledges that this permitted Non-Commercial Use within the Agency does not authorize User to use the Training Materials to, among other things, train other Acadience trainers or Mentors. User may use the Training Materials to train other educators within the school, school district or other educational organization at which User is employed (“Agency”) to administer, score, and interpret Acadience assessments (“Non-Commercial Use”).
